No, the writing isn't good, the art is horrendous. It's very obvious they didn't bother to put any money into hiring decent artists. if you're used to reading Marvel or DC comics or even Image comics, this is nowhere near that level of art, it's ugly and a lot of the times they don't draw things correctly like the house or the book of shadows or even the actresses.. I only watched a few episodes of WOEE and it was so cheesy/camp/bad. Again, early Charmed was better and was on the air a lot longer.
